Maruti Suzuki is poised to electrify India’s roads with the launch of its first battery electric vehicle (BEV), the e Vitara, scheduled for December 2025. Safety is paramount, evidenced by a 4-star Euro NCAP rating: 77% for adult occupant protection and 85% for child safety. Maruti is building a comprehensive EV ecosystem, including home-charging solutions and plug-and-play DC fast-charging at Nexa dealerships.
